The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was great, right in the middle of town and close to all the restaurants and shops.
The noise from outside was unbearable and made it impossible to sleep at night. , the hot water in the shower was not consistent, it would turn cold suddenly and then back to hot again.

This hotel's location is fantastic! You're only steps away from the bustling night market and some of the best attractions in town. the room was nice and clean with great amenities such as a smart TV and free water bottles. Plus, the hotel offers excellent room service.
There were a few issues with the hotel. the bathroom was a bit cramped, making it hard to move around comfortably.

We spent our Christmas at this clean and new hotel and had a great time. the staff was friendly and welcoming. the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the city's attractions, with many great restaurants and shops nearby. We especially appreciated the room service and the free toiletries that were provided.
Cars and motorbikes were quite loud, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect since it was very close to the night market and next to the Dalat market. the hotel facilities were perfect and provided me with everything I needed. I loved that the staff was very helpful and kind. The cleanliness of this hotel was amazing and I couldn't have asked for more.
